About Nicole Velasco

Nicole Velasco has lived in Hawaii for over 40 years and successfully blends her extensive customer service and medical experience with her detailed knowledge of Oahu neighborhoods to fully assist her clients.

A graduate of St. Francis High School, Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing/Dental Hygiene at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and had a 20+ year career as a dental hygienist in Mililani prior to embarking on her real estate career.

She has always been a real estate investment advocate and is passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals. Nicole’s core values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding customer service are at the forefront as she assists her clients in the home buying/selling process.

An active member of the Mililani community for over 20 years, Nicole relocated to Kaneohe a few years ago and has immersed herself in her new Windward neighborhood. She is a proud mother of three children and enjoys doting on her two grandchildren. In her free time when not helping clients, Nicole enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and hitting the beach.
